The offer

A website that earns its keep — not a brochure that collects dust.

Most small-business websites were built in 2014, haven't been touched since, and read like a resume no one asked for. That's the bar. It's low. You can clear it.

What you get instead:

  • A site that loads in under two seconds Fast, mobile-first, no bloated themes. Google notices. Customers notice faster.
  • Copy written by a human who gets your business Quick call, short brief from you, I write it. No filler, no "we pride ourselves" nonsense.
  • Ranking on Google for your town "Plumber in King of Prussia" should find you. Local SEO baked in from day one.
  • A "Contact" that actually routes to your phone Form submissions text you instantly. Missed calls don't turn into missed jobs.
  • Total ownership Your domain, your code, your hosting. I don't hold anything hostage. Ever.
Who it's for

Built for the folks actually doing the work.

If you run a small local business and your website is an embarrassment, a Wix mess, or simply doesn't exist — you're the person I built this for.

  1. Contractors, plumbers, electricians

Your work sells itself — but only if strangers can find you. A site that shows up on Google Maps and makes the phone actually ring.

  2. Restaurants and cafés

Your menu should load in a second, not thirty. Reservations and hours visible in two taps. No more "is this place still open?" calls at nine at night.

  3. Salons and barbershops

Instagram is great until the algorithm hides you. A site you own means booked chairs whether or not Meta decides you exist today.

  4. Landscapers and cleaners

Half your leads are coming from people walking past a messy yard. Give them somewhere real to land when they Google you at 10pm.

Recent work

A few sample builds — different feel for each one.

How it works

Three short weeks. No mystery.

I.

We talk

A short call — usually 20–30 minutes. I ask about your customers, your best jobs, what you wish people knew. No pitch, no slides.

Day 1
II.

I design & build

Five days heads-down. You get a preview link on day six. I fix anything you don't love — twice, for free — until it feels right.

Day 2–6
III.

We launch

Domain connected, Google Maps verified, contact form routing to your phone. By day seven you're live. By day eight, the first call comes in.

Day 7
Why me

I'm just starting — and that's the whole point.

An agency will charge five grand, take three months, and hand you a site built by someone who's never met you. I'll charge $599, take a week, and pick up the phone when you call.

I come from construction. I know how small businesses run because I've worked inside them my whole life. When I say "I get it," I mean I've actually been on the job site at 6am.

I'm building my first portfolio, which means I'm hungry and I actually care whether your site works. You won't be a ticket in my queue — you'll be my third and final founding client.

That founding price won't last. One last spot at this rate, then it jumps to $1,500 build and $150/month. If you want a site from someone who'll answer your texts at 8pm on a Tuesday, that window is now.

Questions

The usual stuff, answered straight.

What if I don't have a logo or photos?+
That's fine. I'll pull clean stock photos and set your business name in a proper typeface. You can always add a real logo later when you're ready.
What's included in the $599 build?+
A 5-page custom site, copy, design, launch, two revision rounds, and 30 days of free tweaks after launch. No surprises.
What does the $99/month get me?+
Hosting, domain, SSL, daily backups, security updates, uptime monitoring, and up to two small edits a month — hours changed, new phone, new service added. No lock-in, cancel any time. Compared to a typical maintenance contract ($200–$500/mo), you're getting the same coverage for less.
What if I already have a domain?+
Perfect. I'll connect it for you and set everything up so nothing breaks. Your email keeps working too.
What if I hate it?+
You don't pay until you're happy. I revise twice, free. If we still can't land on something you'd be proud to hand a friend, we walk — no hard feelings.
Will I rank on Google?+
For your name and your town, yes — usually within a few weeks. Broader keywords take longer and depend on how much competition you've got. I set the foundation right so you can actually rank.
